Wyatt has been a resident of Cole County his entire life, and it’s a place that holds a special spot in his heart. Growing up on his grandfather’s farm, he learned the value of hard work and dedication early on. Those lessons stayed with him through high school, where he started working at the Jefferson City Country Club Golf Course. It was there that he truly began to appreciate the beauty of well-maintained landscapes and the great outdoors.

After graduating from high school, Wyatt went on to attend the State Technical College of Missouri in Linn earning a degree in Commercial Turf and Grounds Management. This education gave him the skills he needed to thrive in managing and caring for commercial landscapes. His passion for this field led him to obtain his Missouri Real Estate Salesperson License in 2022, so he could help the wonderful people of Jefferson City and Cole County find their dream homes.

In 2025, Wyatt joined the Associated Real Estate Group, and he can proudly say that he strives to learn something new every day. He is dedicated to providing top-notch service and continually expanding his knowledge to better serve his community and clients.

When Wyatt is not busy with real estate, you can often find him downtown, soaking in the beautiful scenery of Jefferson City. He also has a love for antiques and enjoys scouring sales for unique local treasures to add to his collection. This hobby not only allows him to connect with the rich history of the area but also brings a lot of joy and satisfaction.

Wyatt’s life in Cole County has been a wonderful mix of personal growth, professional development, and a deep connection to the community. He is excited to continue this journey within the real estate industry and to make a positive impact on the lives of those around him.
