Margaret Stokes Muenks grew up in Taos, Missouri, and is a proud graduate of Helias High School. As a mother of five children and grandmother to eleven grandchildren — along with several bonus grandchildren — she understands the importance of home, family, and finding the right place to build lasting memories.

Margaret’s professional background is rooted in two careers that are centered around people: cosmetology and real estate. Both professions have given her years of experience working one-on-one with others, listening carefully, building trust, and helping people feel confident in important decisions. She truly loves what she does and believes continuing education is essential in order to provide the best service possible.

With more than 30 years of experience, Margaret has personally and professionally immersed herself in every aspect of the real estate industry. She brings extensive knowledge of buying, selling, negotiating, pricing, financing, and attention to detail. Her experience goes far beyond the traditional transaction — she has been the buyer, the seller, the landlord, and the flipper.

For Margaret, real estate is about much more than property. She sees herself as a conduit of information and action, helping her clients achieve their needs, goals, and dreams. Respect for her clients and others is always her highest priority. She is known for attentive listening, without her own agenda, and for guiding clients through every step of the process with honesty, care, and professionalism.

Outside of real estate, Margaret enjoys spending time in nature, hiking and floating Missouri’s rivers, reading and journaling, staying active at the gym, traveling to new places, and having both simple and in-depth conversations.
