Emily Schulte, Realtor®

Emily (Evers) Schulte is a native of the Mary’s Home and Jefferson City areas and graduated from Lincoln University with an associate’s degree in nursing. During her career, she has worked in various roles as a registered nurse including oncology, obstetrics, the Department of Health & Senior Services program for newborn screening, and oncology data abstraction. 

Emily spends most of her free time with her five children: Nolan, 16, Adam and Braden, 15, Elsie, 9, and Cohen, 3. She enjoys spending time outdoors, camping and fishing, taking in a baseball game, jogging, and listening to music. In addition to real estate, Emily works side-by-side with her husband, Jermiah, with their home-flipping/construction business that they co-own together.

“I love finding a tired, worn-out property and breathing new life into it,” says Emily. “Turning it back into something fresh and new for someone to love and own is so rewarding.”

Emily joined Associated Real Estate Group as an independent agent because she has always enjoyed working with the public in a consulting capacity.
